California residents add sales tax or bring your resale number.
We do not give credit.
A 1.5% interest rate per amount will be assessed on all delinquent accounts.
Inquiries:Special Quotations for service not listed and large orders will be furnished upon request.
Limit of liability:Submitting any film, prints, slide or negatives to this firm for processing, printing or other handling, constitutes an agreement by you that damages or loss by our company, subsidiary or agents, even due to negligence or other fault, will only entitle you with a like amount of unexposed film and processing.
Except for such replacement, the acceptance of film, print, slide or negatives is without any other warranty and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded.
Exact Sizing:Please supply layout or give measurements in inches or percentages.
Minimum Billing $10.00
Remakes:In the event that a remake is necessary, please return the original print and invoice with detailed instructions as to what corrections are to be made, within one week of receipt of your order.

Shipping:
All orders will be shipped UPS or first class mail and will have a $8.00 minimum packaging and handling fee in addition to delivery charges imposed by UPS or first class mail.
Scheduling:Processed Original must be received by 10:30am to count as a workday, Service schedules are based on an average workflow. Variations may occur.
Copyrighted Materials:Purchaser represents and warrants that by asking the photo imaging center to reproduce any copyrighted materials, purchaser has either:
(1) obtained permission from copyright owner to reproduce, distribute and display such copyright work.
(2) will use work solely for teaching, research, scholarship or for criticism and will not sell or use the reproductions in any manner which infringes on the copyright laws.
Check Prints: A free check prints is provided when ordering 20 or more prints from the same original, otherwise a first print charge will be made. Normal delivery starts when check prints are approved.
Print Regardless: Film which are extremely over or under exposed, damaged, dirty or show color distortion due to improper processing or fading will be printed on a print Regardless basis with the mutual understanding that result will fall short of normal acceptable quality standards and will not be remade.
Photographer Responsibilities: All orders must be organized before turning in (negatives and digital) if not we will return your order undone.
